We need to collect your $20 fees before this weekend. Please remember to bring your cash/check/credit card to practice this week to pay. If you are a Venmo user, you can just Venmo $20 to Lily whenever.

The hotel has an indoor pool (!!!) and includes complimentary breakfast.
It is about five minutes away from the gym.
Weekend Schedule
November 30
7:30 PM – 2:00 AM – Drive to Boston
We will be leaving after rush hour on Friday to hopefully avoid traffic. Please meet at Lily’s house to get into the cars and go.
December 1
2:00 AM – 12:30 PM December 1 – Sleep, hang out at the hotel, eat breakfast, get dressed and ready for the meet
Breakfast is included at the hotel. Try to get a semi-good rest before the meet.
12:30 PM – 2:00 PM – Help BU set up the gym
All the teams will help BU build and break down the meet setup.
2:00 PM – 5:30 PM – Compete!
The women’s and men’s teams will be split up for the meet (rotating in different groups).
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM – Clean up the gym
6:30 PM – 10:00 PM – Shower, get team dinner
We can stop at someplace cheap on the way home from the gym or get shower and cleaned up for a nice team dinner in Boston – up to you guys! We can decide on Saturday depending on how tired and hungry we are.
December 2
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM – Hang out with other teams/each other, sleep
We don’t know where the other teams are staying, but we can hang out with them, go to BU to hang out with the host team, or just chill with each other in our hotel. Remember to sleep some!
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM – Pack up and eat breakfast
8:00 AM – 2:30 PM – Drive back to Penn
We need to get on the road early!

Note about the meet
I’m glad everyone had a fun time at Maryland! It is worth mentioning that this is larger, more structured meet. You are expected to stay with the team throughout warm-up and competition; you need to stay with your rotation and sit/stand with the group if you are not warming up or competing. You cannot fool around on any of the equipment. Represent PCG well.
Also, please stay off the equipment while we are setting up and breaking down. This is a real gym, so they will have a ton of stuff that we don’t have. This does not mean that it is okay to jump on trampolines, swing on ropes, etc. We are there to help out!
