The Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) has recently declared that they will no longer recognize Men’s Varsity Gymnastics as an official high school sport in Massachusetts. Fellow gymnasts, athletes, and alike, we urge you to fight against this decision as gymnastics means more to us than just a sport, its a way of life. Our dedication and commitment to this great sport is about to be thrown away.

Bryan Manning, PCG’s New 2013-2014 Men’s Captain was Massachusetts Men’s High School State Champion. Here’s a short message from him:
Although I myself personally only took part in high school gymnastics for my senior, it was one of the most fun and memorable experiences of my high school years. It was my first time participating in gymnastics competitions where the team was more important than the individual. On these high school teams there are people of all talent and experience levels, much like on collegiate club teams. All my teammates came from different walks of life, but were brought together by the sport we loved. Men’s Varsity Gymnastics has been a part of high schools in Massachusetts for over 30 years. There is not enough reason to qualify cutting the program.
